THE COURT AND THE CROSS. The Religious Right's Crusade to Reshape the Supreme Court

While President George W. Bush has appointed two Supreme Court justices during his term in office, the next president may be in a position to appoint up to three new justices, replacing one-third of the court. This relatively high number could drastically alter future Supreme Court rulings. This book was published in 2008. We were warned. But, obviously, not nearly enough people knew about the warnings. Or paid much attention to them if they did. So, here we are in 2024, with the Supreme Court stacked with people ready and willing to begin stripping rights away from no telling how many people. Think it can't happen here? Think again.
